Should the Debate Be More "Open" Tomorrow Night?

We've been hearing a lot about making the presidential debates more transparent. But as we head into the last debate, we are still at a standstill with the campaigns and the Commission exchanging blame for the closed nature we've seen thus far. Aside from the wonderful suggestions the Open Debate Coalition made, what else can be done? If we can't fix this problem before tomorrow evening, we must move quickly to resolve it thereafter.
